摘　　要：目的探讨多普勒远红外线照射仪联合综合护理在血液透析患者动静脉内瘘护理中的应用价值。方法选取2018年2月至2021年2月在德阳市人民医院进行血液透析治疗的100例患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采用综合护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用多普勒远红外线照射仪干预,比较两组并发症发生情况、动静脉内瘘相关指标及护理满意度。结果观察组治疗期间并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组皮肤硬结、动脉血流量及静脉压均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多普勒远红外线照射仪联合综合护理在血液透析患者动静脉内瘘护理中的应用价值较高,可有效预防患者发生血管硬化及皮肤硬结等,改善内瘘功能,并可提高患者对护理服务的满意度。Objective To explore the application value of Doppler far-infrared irradiator combined with comprehensive nursing in nursing of arteriovenous fistula in patients with hemodialysis.Methods 100 patients who received hemodialysis treatment in Deyang People's Hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each.The control group was given comprehensive nursing care,and the observation group was given Doppler far-infrared irradiator intervention on the basis of the control group.The incidence of complications,arteriovenous fistula-related indicators and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group during the treatment period was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Doppler far-infrared irradiator combined with comprehensive nursing has high application value in the nursing of arteriovenous fistula in patients with hemodialysis,which can effectively prevent the occurrence of vascular sclerosis and skin induration in patients,improve the function of internal fistula,and improve the nursing care of patients.Service satisfaction.
