摘 要:随着中国城镇化步伐不断加快,城市用地更加紧张。城市粗放型发展模式,使城市土地利用遭遇到巨大压力,城市发展也面临土地供需矛盾及城镇化发展质量低等难题。因此如何深入研究、探索和建立城镇低效用地再开发模式是盘活城市存量土地的必然选择,同时也是实现城市可持续发展的基本保障。本文通过梳理国内城镇低效用地再开发等方面相关文献,从城镇低效用地再开发的内涵界定、评价研究和处置方法3个方面对中国城镇低效用地再开发研究现状进行了总结和分析,揭示了当前中国城镇低效用地研究中存在的主要问题。As the pace of urbanization in China continues to accelerate,urban land is also more tense.The extensive development mode of city brings great pressure to the use of urban land,and the development of city also faces the contradiction of land supply and demand and the low quality of urbanization.Therefore,how to deeply study,explore and establish the redevelopment mode of urban low-effective land is the inevitable choice to invigorate the urban land stock,and it is also the basic guarantee to realize the sustainable development of the city.In this paper,by combing the relevant literature on the re-development of low-utility land in domestic cities and towns,this paper summarizes and analyzes the present situation of the research on the redevelopment of low-effective urban land in China from three aspects:the definition of the connotation,the evaluation research and the disposal methods,this paper reveals the main problems existing in the study of the low-effective land use in Chinese.
