摘  要:针对电解镍板在电解过程中溶解不均匀、易钝化等缺陷,金川集团生产了一种活性很高的含硫电镀专用镍角。通过阳极极化曲线、电位-时间曲线研究了镍阳极中S元素对电化学溶解性能的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜观察镍阳极溶解的微观形貌,采用连续电化学溶解法计量残渣量。结果表明:镍阳极中的S元素降低了阳极的溶解电位和残渣率,提高了溶解活性,使阳极溶解较均匀,无明显的孔洞。In order to solve the defects of the electrolytic nickel plate,such as uneven dissolution and easy passivation,a special and sulfur-containing nickel square with high activity was produced by Jinchuan group. The effect of S element in nickel anode on the electrochemical dissolution performance was studied by anodic polarization curve and potential-time curve. The micromorphology of nickel anodic dissolution was observed by scanning electron microscope. And the amount of residue was measured by continuous electrochemical dissolution method. The results showed that the S element in the nickel anode reduced the dissolution potential and residue rate of the anode,improved the dissolution activity,and made the anode dissolution more uniform without obvious holes.
