摘  要:为了研究 Co-Fe-B复合镀层在电沉积初期的共沉积行为,采用线性扫描伏安法、计时伏安法,通过计算电化学反应动力学参数,揭示了 Co-Fe-B 复合镀层的成核机理。结果表明:在 Co-Fe和 Co-Fe-B 复合镀层的镀液中,随着阶跃电位的逐渐增大,峰值电流呈逐渐增大的趋势,而形核弛豫时间逐渐缩短。与 Co-Fe的成核电流相比,Co-Fe-B的成核电流值减小。Co-Fe-B复合镀层的成核遵循连续成核规律:即在低负电势下加速形核;高负电势下,成核和生长速度缓慢。随着镀层中钴含量增多,晶粒尺寸增大,当镀层中钴含量达到 53.06 %时,铁磁性达到191 A·m^(2)·kg^(-1)。In order to study the co-deposition behavior of Co-Fe-B composite coatings at the initial stage of electrodeposition,the nucleation mechanism of the coatings was revealed by calculating the kinetic parameters of electrochemical reaction through linear sweep voltammetry and chronovoltammetry.The results showed that in the solution of Co-Fe and Co-Fe-B composite coatings,the peak current increased gradually with the increase of step potential,while the nucleation relaxation time decreased gradually. Compared with the nucleation current of Co-Fe,the nucleation current of Co-Fe-B decreased.The nucleation of Co-Fe-B composite coating followed the rule of continuous nucleation:accelerating nucleation under low negative potential,and slowing nucleation and growth rate at high negative potential. With the increase of cobalt content in the coatings,the grain size increased and the ferromagnetism was 191 A·m^(2)·kg^(-1)when the cobalt content in the coating reached 53.06 %.
