摘 要:以紫铜为基体,采用电沉积法制备了镍电极,主要研究了电流密度对镍电极析氢催化性能的影响。采用扫描电镜观察镀镍层微观结构,通过线性极化曲线、塔菲尔曲线和交流阻抗技术等电化学测试方法分析电极在1 mol·LNaOH 溶液中的电催化析氢性能。结果表明:适宜的电流密度下制备的镍电极外观呈银白色,表面光滑细致。镍电极析氢性能随电流密度的增加呈先升高后降低的趋势,当电流密度为 3.0 A·dm时,沉积效率较高,获得的镀层结合力较好,细化了电结晶,镀层比表面积最大,暴露更多的催化活性位点,可以有效提高镀层电催化性能。The nickel electrode was prepared by electrodeposition with red copper as substrate. The effect of current density on the catalytic performance of nickel electrode for hydrogen evolution was researched. The micro morphology of the nickel coating was studied by scanning electron microscope.The electrocatalytic properties of the obtained coatings for hydrogen evolution were studied in 1 mol·LNaOH solution by linear polarization curve,Tafel curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy techniques. The results showed that the appearance of the nickel electrode prepared at appropriate cur‐rent density was silver-white and smooth. The hydrogen evolution of the nickel electrode enhanced first and then declined with the increase of current density. When the current density was 3.0 A · dm,the obtained coating had high deposition efficiency,better adhesion and refined electrocrystallization.The specific surface area of the coating was the largest,and more catalytic active sites were exposed,which can effectively improve the electrocatalytic performance of the coating.
