盐度对吉富罗非鱼受精卵孵化及稚鱼生存的影响

摘　　要：为探究适宜吉富罗非鱼生长的盐度范围,研究了盐度对吉富罗非鱼受精卵孵化以及稚鱼生存的影响。试验设计了3‰、6‰、9‰、12‰、15‰、18‰、21‰、24‰8个盐度组以及盐度为0的对照组,观察并分析盐度对受精卵孵化的影响。结果显示,在盐度为6‰~15‰的条件下,受精卵的孵化率较高(孵化率的变化范围为90.3±0.47%~93.0%)。急性盐度胁迫试验选用的鱼苗为七朝苗(平均体重0.28 g),试验设计了盐度10‰、15‰、20‰、25‰、32‰和盐度为0的对照组共6个组。结果表明,吉富罗非鱼稚鱼在盐度达到20‰时,96 h内开始出现死亡;盐度25‰以上,96 h死亡率均为100%。综上,最适合吉富罗非鱼孵化的盐度为6‰~15‰;在没有经过长期盐度驯化的情况下,吉富罗非鱼稚鱼适合在盐度低于15‰的条件下养殖。In order to explore the salinity range suitable for the breeding of Genetic improvement of farmed tilapia(GIFT),the effects of salinity on the hatching performance of fertilized eggs and the survival of GIFT juveniles were studied.Eight salinity groups(3‰,6‰,9‰,12‰,15‰,18‰,21‰,24‰)and the control group with salinity of 0 were designed to observe and analyze the effect of salinity on the hatching performance of fertilized eggs.The results showed that the hatchability under salinity 6‰to 15‰was between 90.3±0.47%and 93.0%.The fish fry tested in the acute salinity stress experiment was Qichao fry(with average weight of 0.28 g).Five groups with salinity of 10‰,15‰,20‰,25‰and 32‰were set as the treated groups,and water with salinity 0 as the control group.The results showed that when the salinity reached 20‰,the juvenile tilapia began to die within 96 h.When the salinity was above 25‰,the mortality rate was 100%within 96 h.In conclusion,the salinity most suitable for the hatching of GIFT is 6‰to 15‰.Without long-term salinity acclimation,juvenile GIFT is suitable for cultivation under the condition of salinity below 15‰.
