摘　　要：在针灸治疗耳聋方面耳周三穴是目前治疗领域研究最为广泛的腧穴之一,也是治疗中使用频率最高的三个穴位。针刺耳周三穴后,穴位内肥大细胞活化并释放相应神经递质,通过耳大神经及耳颞神经传递神经信号,改善内耳血液循环来治疗耳聋,还可能通过调节大脑皮层、丘脑、岛叶、边缘系统等来调节焦虑、紧张的情绪。本研究将结合中医基础理论与现代临床效应及机制研究就耳周三穴治疗耳聋的优效作用做一探析,为理论研究及临床应用提供一定的依据,以期为临床工作者提供更多治疗思路。In the treatment of deafness by acupuncture and moxibustion, Wednesday point is one of the most widely studied acupoints in the field of treatment, and it is also the three most frequently used acupoints in the treatment. After acupuncture around the ear, the mast cells in the acupoints activate and release the corresponding nerve transmitters, transmit nerve signals through the large ear nerve and the ear temporal nerve, improve the blood circulation in the inner ear to treat deafness, and may also regulate anxiety and tension by regulating the cerebral cortex, thalamus, insula, and limbic system. This study will combine the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern clinical effect and mechanism research on the optimal effect of the treatment of deafness, to provide some basis for theoretical research and clinical application, in order to provide more treatment ideas for clinical workers.
