摘　　要：针对当前建筑工程防水防治相对薄弱的现象,论述了欣生JX抗裂硅质防水防腐技术体系核心功用与优势、防水机理、主要性能与建筑做法,依托泰华城·荣观华府项目的防水难点,采用欣生JX抗裂硅质防水防腐技术体系,解决了裙房和老楼防水搭接与地下水的防渗问题,运营至今取得了良好的效果。In response to the current phenomenon of relatively weak waterproofing prevention and control in construction projects,the core functions and advantages,waterproofing mechanism,main performance and construction practices of Xinsheng JX anticracking silica waterproofing and anti-corrosion technology system are discussed.And relying on the waterproofing difficulties of the Taihua City-Rongguan Huafu project,the Xinsheng JX anti-cracking silica waterproofing and anti-corrosion technology system was adopted to solve the waterproofing lap and groundwater prevention problems of the podium and the old building,and the operation has achieved good results so far.
