异丙酚在人工流产手术麻醉中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的观察异丙酚在人工流产手术麻醉中的效果。方法40例人工流产手术患者,按照麻醉方式不同分为实验组和对照组,每组20例。实验组患者实施异丙酚麻醉,对照组患者实施常规麻醉。对比两组患者不良事件发生率、流产成功率。结果实验组患者不良事件发生率为10.00%,明显低于对照组的40.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者流产成功率为100.00%,高于对照组的60.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在人工流产手术麻醉中应用异丙酚临床价值较高,能够满足患者的麻醉需求,提高流产成功率,且安全性较高,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of propofol in the anesthesia of artificial abortion.Methods A total of 40 cases of artificial abortion patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to different anesthesia methods,with 20 cases in each group.Patients in the experimental group received propofol anesthesia,and patients in the control group received conventional anesthesia.The incidence of adverse events and the success rate of abortion were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was 10.00%,which was significantly lower than 40.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of abortion in the experimental group was 100.00%,which was higher than 60.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of propofol in artificial abortion anesthesia is of high clinical value,which can meet the needs of patients for anesthesia,improve the success rate of abortion,and has high safety.It is worthy of popularization and application.
