摘　　要：目的通过Meta分析方法探讨中药足浴联合穴位治疗对糖尿病周围神经病变的影响。方法检索国内外主要医学数据库,包括中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库、PubMed/MEDLINE、EMBASE、Cochrane Library。筛选采用中药足浴联合穴位治疗为干预方法的随机对照试验。提取文献信息及评价文献质量,用RevMan 5.3软件进行系统回顾和荟萃分析。结果纳入21篇文献,其中治疗组839例,对照组840例。Meta分析结果:治疗组治疗有效率高于对照组(RR=1.29,P<0.00001),中药足浴联合穴位治疗能提高糖尿病周围神经病变患者腓总神经运动神经传导速度(MCV)[MD=2.99,P<0.0001]、腓总神经感觉神经传导速度(SCV)[MD=3.54,P<0.00001]、胫神经MCV[MD=4.47,P=0.0006]、胫神经SCV[MD=3.03,P=0.0002]。结论中药足浴联合穴位治疗的总有效率、腓总神经及胫神经MCV、SCV均优于对照组,提示中药足浴联合穴位治疗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有一定的疗效。Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with acupoint therapy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy by Meta analysis.Methods The main medical databases at home and abroad were searched,including China biomedical literature database,China HowNet,Wanfang database,PubMed/MEDLINE,EMBASE and Cochrane Library.A randomized controlled trial was conducted to screen literatures using traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with acupoint therapy as the intervention method.The literature information was extracted and the literature quality was evaluated.The Revman 5.3 software was used for systematic review and Meta-analysis.Results 21 literatures were included,including 839 cases in the treatment group and 840 cases in the control group.Meta analysis results:the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(RR=1.29,P<0.00001).Traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with acupoint therapy could improve the motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV)of common peroneal nerve[MD=2.99,P<0.0001],sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV)of common peroneal nerve[MD=3.54,P<0.00001],MCV of tibial nerve[MD=4.47,P=0.0006],SCV of tibial nerve[MD=3.03,P=0.0002].Conclusion The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with acupoint treatment,MCV and SCV of common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve are better than those of the control group,suggesting that traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with acupoint therapy has a certain effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
