摘 要:【目的】探索药材葛品质与矿质元素相关性,为葛栽培(种植)的合理施肥提供理论依据。【方法】测定葛的根、茎、叶中总黄酮、葛根素、大豆苷等功能成分含量与N、P、K等矿质元素含量,及其土壤中相应矿质元素含量,并用SPSS软件进行相关性分析。【结果】①不同产地块根、茎、叶中有效成分含量有差异,同一产地不同年限的有效成分随年限增长而增加。②块根中大量元素含量整体呈K>N>Mg>Ca>P;微量元素含量为Fe>Sr>Mn。③块根中有效成分含量与矿质元素含量相关性明显,其中总黄酮与N含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);葛根素与Mg呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);大豆苷元与K呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。块根中有效成分含量与土壤矿质元素含量相关性也较为明显。④茎叶中大量元素N、K含量远高于P含量,整体N>K>Ca>Mg>P;微量元素为Mn>Fe>Sr。⑤茎叶中葛根素与K、N含量显著负相关(P<0.05);大豆苷与N、K含量极显著负相关(P<0.01)。⑥茎叶中葛根素与土壤全K呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。【结论】葛有效成分含量与土壤和植株矿质元素(尤其是N、K、Ca、Fe、Mg和Mn)息息相关。【Objective】The quality of medicinal materials is closely related to the place of origin,and the correlation between the quality of medicinal materials and mineral elements is explored to provide theoretical basis for fertilization.【Method】The contents of total flavonoids,Puerarin,Daidzin and Daidzein in tuberous roots,stems and leaves of Pueraria montan and the contents of mineral elements such as N,P,K,Ca,Fe,Mg,Mn and Sr were determined,and the contents of mineral elements in soil were determined.The correlation was analyzed by SPSS software.【Result】1)The contents of effective components were different in tuberous roots,stems and leaves in different bases,and the effective components increased with years in the same base.2)The number of macroelement in tuberous root overall K>N>Mg>Ca>P,trace elements as Fe>Sr>Mn.3)The contents of effective components in tuberous root were significantly correlated with the contents of mineral elements,in which the contents of total flavonoids were significantly positively correlated with N,Puerarin with Mg,and Daidzein osides being associated significantly negatively with K.The correlation with the content of mineral elements in soil was also obvious.4)The number of macroelement in stems and leaves is much higher than P,and overall N>K>Ca>Mg>P,trace elements as Mn>Fe>Sr.5)The contents of effective components in stems and leaves were significantly correlated with the contents of mineral elements,among which Puerarin was significantly negatively correlated with K and N,Daidzin was very significantly negatively correlated with N and K.6 The contents of effective components in stems and leaves were significantly correlated with the contents of soil mineral elements,among which Puerarin was significantly negatively correlated with soil total k.【Conclusion】The contents of functional components in P.montan are closely related to the mineral elements in soil and plant,especially N、K、Ca、Fe、Mg、Mn.
