摘 要:穿着智能服装成为新的时尚潮流,越来越多的消费者开始选择更轻便的电加热服装以应对低温环境。文章以硬壳冲锋衣为研究款式,通过测试不同种类发热元件样品的属性,最终选择石墨烯发热元件作为加热元件,按不同的组合方式集成在服装上,并通过模拟受试者穿着电加热服装在低温环境徒步运动实验,利用皮肤温度测试与主观心理量表法评价不同发热元件组合方式服装的发热效率与热湿舒适性。结果表明:将发热元件以并联模式置于腰背部的电加热服装可以在户外徒步运动中起到积极产热的作用,发热效率与主观评价结果良好。As wearing intelligent clothing becomes a new fashion trend,more and more consumers choose lighter electrically heated clothing to cope with low temperatures.Taking the hard-shelled rash jacket as the research object,this paper tests the properties of different kinds of heating elements and selects graphene as the heating element in the end.By integrating it into the garment via different combinations,and carrying out a simulated walking experiment in a low-temperature environment with an electrically heated garment,the heating efficiency and thermal-moisture comfort of clothing under different combinations of heating elements are evaluated by skin temperature test and subjective psychological scale.Results indicated that the electrically heated clothing with the heating elements placed in parallel mode on the waist and back could play a positive role in heat generation during outdoor hiking;the heating efficiency and subjective evaluation all performed well.
