摘　　要：文章讨论了江苏旅游城镇化发展的现状和面临的主要问题,结合新冠疫情应对的相关经验,分析了恢复力理论的应用启示,在此基础上提出促进江苏旅游城镇化可持续发展的可行性对策,主要包括:加强政府主导作用,做出科学规划管理;完善公共服务体系,提高现代治理能力;优化升级产业结构,打造优势特色品牌;注重生态环境保护,构建新的发展模式;缩小地区城乡差距,推进统筹协调发展等。This paper discusses the development status and main problems of tourism urbanization in Jiangsu,analyzes the application of resilience theory within the response experiences during COVID-19.Feasible countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of Jiangsu tourism urbanization are suggested:strengthening the leading role of the government,making scientific planning and management;improving the public service system and improving the modern governance capacity;optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure,creating advantageous and charac-teristic brands;focusing on ecological environmental protection and building a new development model;narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas and promoting coordinated development,etc.
