基于DEA的科技成果转化项目绩效评价研究——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：文章以江苏省科技成果转化结题项目为研究对象,采用DEA投入导向模型进行计算,并分析决策单元的综合效率、技术效率和规模效率,运用超效率DEA进行排名分析,发现江苏省12项科技成果转化项目投入产出水平总体较好,仅2个项目的资源利用率仍有改进空间。其原因分别是经济效益增长不理想、科技资源投入结构和科技资源的优化配置不够有效。Based on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Jiangsu province concluding project as the research object,using DEA into oriented model and analyzing the comprehensive efficiency,technical efficiency and scale efficiency of decision making units,ranking with super efficiency DEA analysis.This paper found that 12 transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Jiangsu province project input and output level are generally good,except resource utilization needing improvement.The reason lies in that the growth of economic benefit is not obvious,the structure of scientific and technological resources investment and optimal allocation are ignored,and the use efficiency of scientific and technological resources is not paid enough attention to.
