摘　　要：“十三五”时期科技查新工作已入瓶颈,因此在“十四五”时期科技查新工作亟须通过服务提升来实现转型升级。文章通过总结、分析“十三五”时期科技查新服务的特征及普遍存在的问题,提出了“十四五”时期科技查新站应通过拓展信息发布方式、构建云服务平台、加强协同合作、提高查新员能力素养等路径来提升其服务能力,使科技查新工作迈入为用户提供精准化、个性化、深层次的信息咨询服务的新台阶。During the“13 th Five-Year”Plan period,sci-tech novelty search has entered a bottleneck.Therefore,during the“14 th Five-Year”Plan period,sci-tech novelty search needs to realize transformation and upgrading through service improvement.By summarizing and analyzing the characteristics and common problems of sci-tech novelty search services during the“13 th Five-Year”Plan period,this paper puts forward that sci-tech novelty search stations during the“14 th Five-Year”Plan period should expand information release methods,build cloud service platforms,strengthen collaboration,improve the ability and quality of novelty searchers to improve their service ability,so as to make the sci-tech novelty search work enter a new level of providing users with accurate,personalized and in-depth information consulting services.
