摘　　要：城市硅巷作为解决老城创新和存量空间发展问题的重要手段,有助于科创回归都市、老城产业复兴,是现代城市以及都市型高新区可持续发展的新模式。文章以南京市及秦淮硅巷为例,从政策保障、政府项目、科技支撑、金融支持、营商环境5个方面系统研究了城市硅巷的运行机制,并提出了城市硅巷建设发展的对策建议。As an important means to solve the problems of innovation and stock space development in the old city,urban silicon alley is conducive to the return of science and technology innovation to the city and the industrial revitalization of the old city.It is a new model for the sustainable development of modern cities and urban high-tech zones.Taking Nanjing and Qinhuai silicon alley as an example,this paper systematically studies the operation mechanism of urban silicon alley from five aspects:policy guarantee,government projects,scientific and technological support,financial support and business environment,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction and development of urban silicon alley.
