摘　　要：利用信息化的手段可以有效提升科研工作精细化管理的效果。文章根据国家推动公立医院高质量发展以及国务院优化科研管理的要求,结合某三级甲等综合医院第一代科研管理平台引进及推进过程中存在的问题以及问题产生的原因,进而对信息化建设助力科研工作精细化管理的路径进行研究。研究结果表明:该院自主研发的以用户导向、整体推进及持续改进为设计理念的第二代科研管理综合服务平台获得了临床一线用户、兄弟科室管理人员和院外审核专家的支持与配合,实现了高效、规范、精细的科研管理效果。The use of information technology can effectively improve the effect of fine management of scientific research. According to the requirements of the state to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals and the optimization of scientific research management by the State Council, combined with the problems existing in the introduction and promotion of the first generation scientific research management platform of a third-class general hospital and the reasons for the problems, this paper further studies the path of information construction to help the fine management of scientific research. The research results show that the second-generation comprehensive service platform for scientific research management independently developed by the hospital with the design concept of user orientation, overall promotion and continuous improvement has won the support and cooperation of clinical front-line users, management personnel of brother departments and external audit experts, and has achieved efficient, standardized and fine scientific research management effects.
