摘　　要：近年来,海南自贸港进入了老龄化加速通道,居家养老作为主要的养老形式正在向纵深发展,对居家养老服务的可持续性需求以及各服务主体间的结构化要求日渐提高。然而,海南省居家养老服务整体发展水平不高、“医养结合”较为滞后、相关专业人员缺乏、智慧化程度较低、“老年固化”与养老多元化失调等矛盾却日益凸显,探索出一个能积极应对海南居家养老挑战的可持续和结构化的居家养老方案尤为必要。文章结合海南居家养老发展趋势与协同理论,分析居家养老各参与主体的“短板元素”,并提出矩阵化解决措施,以促进海南居家养老服务持续健康发展。In recent years, Hainan free trade port has entered the aging acceleration channel. As the main form of old-age care, home-based elderly care is developing in depth. The demand for sustainability of home-based elderly care services and the structural requirements of various service providers are increasing. However, the overall development level of home-based elderly care services in Hainan province is not high, the “combination of medical care and elderly care” is lagging behind, the lack of relevant professionals, the low degree of intelligence, the imbalance between “old-age solidification” and elderly care diversification are increasingly prominent, and it is particularly necessary to explore a sustainable and structured home-based elderly care scheme that can actively respond to the challenges of home-based elderly care in Hainan. Based on the development trend and coordination theory of home-based elderly care in Hainan, this paper analyzes the “short board elements” of various participants of home-based elderly care and proposes matrix solutions to promote the sustainable and healthy development of home-based elderly care services in Hainan.
