摘　　要：目的探讨冷刀系统和宫腔镜电切在子宫内膜息肉中的疗效。方法选择2018年5月—2021年5月本院收治的72例子宫内膜息肉患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为常规组(宫腔镜电切治疗)和观察组(冷刀系统治疗)两组,每组各36例。对比两组患者操作时间以及失血量。对比两组患者排卵期子宫内膜厚度、术后月经量。对比两组患者并发症发生率。结果观察组操作时间短于常规组(P<0.05),失血量低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组治疗后排卵期子宫内膜厚度、术后月经量均低于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论与宫腔镜电切治疗相比,冷刀系统治疗子宫内膜息肉患者,有利于缩短操作时间,减少失血量,有效调节排卵期子宫内膜厚度和术后月经量,减少并发症发生。Objective To investigate the efficacy of cold knife system and hysteroscopic electroresection in treating endometrial polyps.Methods Seventy-two patients suffered with endometrial polyps those were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2021 were enrolled as study objects,and they were randomly divided into routine group(hysteroscopic electroresection)and observation group(cold knife system treatment)according to random number table method,thirty-six cases in each group.Operation time and blood loss were compared between the two groups of patient.The endometrial thickness in ovulation and postoperative menstrual volume were compared between the two groupsof patients.The incidence of complications was compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than the conventional group(P<0.05),and the blood loss was less than the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness in ovulation and postoperative menstrual volume in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observed group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with hysteroscopic electroresection,cold knife system in the treatment of endometrial polyps is helpful to shorten the operation time,reduce the blood loss,effectively adjust the endometrial thickness during ovulation and the amount of menstruation after operation,and reduce the incidence of complications.
