摘  要:随着全球气候变暖与国内城镇化进程加快,城市范围内的降雨特征、下垫面情况与防灾减灾能力三者原有的平衡被打破,导致城市内涝程度不断加剧,水文规律不断变化,进行城市水文规律分析的重要性日益凸显。提出的城市水文水动力学模型由4个子模型构成,分别是基于GIS的城市水文响应单元划分子模型、基于SWMM模型的城市降雨产流子模型、坡面汇流子模型和排水系统子模型,并以西宁市为例进行模拟。基于不同重现期的暴雨模拟结果,系统分析了西宁市水文规律。结果表明,2 a一遇和5 a一遇降雨的节点溢流总量占径流总量的34.2%和38.3%;西宁市管道满载主要由下游管道顶托导致,36.1%的排水分区排水能力较差。With the global warming and the acceleration of urbanization in China,the original balance among the rainfall characteristics,the underlying surface conditions and the disaster prevention and reduction capacity in cities has been broken,as a result,the degree of waterlog⁃ging in the city is getting worse and the hydrological law is changing constantly.Therefore,the importance of urban hydrological analysis is becoming more and more obvious.In this paper,four sub⁃models of urban hydrodynamics were proposed,which were the Urban Hydrologic Response Unit sub⁃model based on GIS,urban runoff sub⁃model,confluence sub⁃model and drainage sub⁃model based on SWMM.In this model,Xining was taken as an example to simulate.Based on the simulation results of heavy rain in different recurrence periods,the hydro⁃logical laws were analyzed systematically.The results show that the total amount of nodal overflow under two⁃year and five⁃year simulation ac⁃counts for 34.2%and 38.3%of the total runoff,the full load of the Xining pipeline is mainly caused by the jacking of the downstream pipe⁃line,and the drainage capacity of 36.1%of the drainage area is poor.
