摘  要:灌注桩坝是当前黄河控导工程的主要坝型之一。灌注桩坝施工常采用循环钻、旋挖钻和冲击钻等设备进行造孔、下笼、灌注混凝土的传统施工方式,在施工中容易因地质等因素而塌孔,导致成桩出现超径和缩径等问题,且施工效率低。通过超长螺旋钻孔压灌成桩技术在黄河孤柏嘴控导工程灌注桩坝施工中的应用,检验该技术在水利工程基础施工中的适用性,研究解决影响施工质量、进度的问题及处理方案与措施。该施工技术的应用不仅有效解决了在黄河滩区灌注桩施工中因地质因素和游离石块而塌孔、难以成孔等难题,保证了施工成桩质量,而且较传统施工方式功效提高5~8倍,经济效益明显;同时,该施工技术采用干法作业,减少了环境污染,契合了当前生态保护的要求,具有良好的推广应用价值和使用前景。The groutingpile dam is one of the main dam types in current Yellow River control and guide engineering.In the construction of grouting pile dam,traditional construction methods such as circular drilling,rotary drilling and percussive drilling are often used to make holes,lower cages and pouring concrete,that leads to the problems of expanding and reducing pile,and low construction efficiency.Through the application of super⁃long spiral drilled press⁃grouting pile technology in the construction of grouting⁃pile dam of the Gubaizui Project on the Yellow River,the applicability of the technology in the construction of the hydraulic engineering foundation was tested,studied and solved the issues affecting the construction quality and schedule,and treatment plans and measures.The application of this construction technology has not only effectively solved the problems of hole collapse and difficult hole formation due to geological factors and free stones in the con⁃struction of grouting pile in the beach area of the Yellow River,but also ensured the quality of the construction pile,compared with the tradi⁃tional construction method,the efficiency is increased by 5-8 times,and the economic benefit is obvious;meanwhile,the construction tech⁃nology adopts the dry method operation,reduces the environmental pollution,and conforms to the current requirements of ecological protec⁃tion,the utility model has good popularization and application value and application prospect.
