摘  要:为了应对河南省引黄受水区水资源不均衡问题并为受水区的水资源合理分配提供参考,利用洛伦兹曲线计算受水区14个地级市的基尼系数,并采用联系数和减法集对势计算方法,对不均衡子区域进行诊断判别。结果表明:2010—2020年,引黄受水区水资源与人口数量及耕地面积的匹配情况处于较均衡或均衡等级,且整体水资源空间均衡等级长期处于均衡和较均衡等级;水资源-人口数量空间均衡等级严峻情况呈现郑州向周边地区辐射的情形,水资源-耕地面积空间均衡等级呈现北差南好的形势;2020年水资源空间均衡脆弱性地区有郑州、濮阳、新乡和安阳,这些城市为水资源均衡分配主要调控对象。In order to deal with the imbalance of water resources in the water receiving area of the Yellow River Diversion Project in Henan Province and provide a reference for the rational allocation of water resources in the water received area,this paper used Lorentz Curve to cal⁃culate the Gini coefficient of 14 prefecture level cities in the water received area,and used the method of connection number calculation com⁃bined with the subtractive set pair potential to diagnose and discriminate the unbalanced sub areas.The results show that from 2010 to 2020,the matching of water resources with population and cultivated land area in the Yellow River diversion and received area is in a relatively bal⁃anced or balanced level,and the overall water resources spatial equilibrium level is in a relatively balanced or balanced level for a long time;the severe situation of the spatial balance grade of water resources and population shows that Zhengzhou radiates to the surrounding areas,and the spatial balance grade of water resources and cultivated land area shows that the north of Henan Province is worse than that of the south;in 2020,the vulnerable areas of water resources spatial balance include Zhengzhou,Puyang,Xinxiang and Anyang,which are the main control objects of water resources balanced distribution.
