精密蒸馏仪器间歇蒸馏收率存在的问题及改造方案研究

摘  要:精密蒸馏仪在间歇蒸馏过程中,产品收率较低,仅有70%~80%。为了改善收率问题,从滞留量、伴热系统、以及冷却系统等分析设备收率低的原因,通过一系列优化措施对设备进行改造,经过改造后,设备的收率有了明显提高,产品收率在95%以上,解决了间歇蒸馏收率低的问题,满足了科研要求。In order to improve the yield problem(only 70% ~ 80%)of the precision distillation instrument,the reasons for the low yield of the equipment are analyzed from the retention in batch distillation process,the retention,heat tracing system and cooling system are analyzed. The equipment is reformed through a series of optimization measures. After the transformation,the yield of the equipment is significantly increased,and the product yield is more than 95%,which solves the problem of low yield of batch distillation and meets the requirements of scientific research.
