摘　　要：基于在七个典型城市进行的近代体育建筑遗产案例调查,在三个层面总结了近代体育建筑遗产保护与更新的模式:功能活化模式、结构修缮模式及风貌延续模式。归纳了调查中发现的三对矛盾:历史风貌保护和城市更新、物质功能废弃和历史价值凸显、遗产保护和商业开发。探索并讨论了中国近代体育建筑保护与更新的四种思路:建立近代体育建筑遗产的价值评价体系、抓住近代体育建筑遗产为城市发展提供的契机、倡导共建共治公众参与的发展方向、引入数字化与智能化的保护更新技术。Based on the case study in seven typical cities of China,we summarize the patterns of protection and regeneration of modern sports architecture heritage:function activation,structural repair,and style continuation.We present three contradictions found in the survey:protection of historical features,and urban renewal,abandonment of original functions and preservation of historical value,heritage protection,and commercial development.We also explore the strategies of protection and regeneration of modern sports architecture in China:establishing the evaluation system,seizing the opportunity of urban development,promoting public participation,and adopting digital and intelligent technologies.
