基于POI的北京市公共场所母婴室设置现状及优化策略

摘　　要：针对我国老龄化的高速、高龄的特点,近些年来生育政策产生由计划生育到“二孩”“三孩”的转变,这为公共场所母婴配套设施带来了新的挑战。该文以北京市公共场所母婴室作为研究对象,利用POI数据,运用空间分析以及实地调研等方法对北京市域内母婴室的空间布局和使用品质进行研究,空间布局中针对不同公共场所以及不同区划范围的母婴室分布的合理性进行评判,使用品质方面对母婴室的功能布局、室内设施以及其使用舒适度等方面进行探究。通过深入研究北京市公共场所母婴室的现状并发现问题,为其合理建设和有效管理提供建议,以期为保障母婴室的合理配置,提高母婴室的使用品质,积极为营造生育友好的社会环境提供有效的参考依据。In response to the characteristics of China’s rapid aging and advanced age,the birth policy has changed from family planning to"two-child"and"three-child"in recent years,which has brought new challenges to maternal and child supporting facilities in public places.Taking the nursery in public places in Beijing as the research object,using POI data,spatial analysis and field research,we study the spatial layout and use quality of the nursery in Beijing.The spatial layout is based on different public places and different districts.The scope is to judge the rationality of its distribution,and to explore the functional layout of the nursery,indoor facilities and its use comfort in terms of the quality of use.Through in-depth research on the status quo of maternity and infant rooms in public places in Beijing and the discovery of problems,suggestions are provided for its reasonable construction and effective management,with a view to ensure the reasonable allocation of maternity and infant rooms,to improve the quality of use of maternity and infant rooms,and actively to provide an effective reference for creating a child-friendly society environment.
