摘 要:随着城市化进程的推进,中国的轨道交通建设进入了新的发展时期,以TOD理念为建设核心和基础的公共交通与城市发展相结合的站城一体化开发模式开始受到重视。该文以重庆沙坪坝站和东京涩谷站的TOD建设项目为重点案例,分析对比沙坪坝站和涩谷站的站点特征,并从空间整合、站点开发、流线梳理、景观塑造和文脉彰显5个方面对沙坪坝站和涩谷站的改造重点内容及异同进行分析,总结TOD开发的特征和优势,以期为未来中国城市轨道交通站点的开发提供借鉴。With the advancement of urbanization,China’s rail transit construction has entered a new development period.The station city integrated development model of the combination of public transport and urban development with Tod concept as the construction core and foundation has begun to receive attention.Taking the TOD construction projects of Shapingba station in Chongqing and Shibuya Station in Tokyo as key cases,we analyze and compare the site characteristics of Shapingba station and Shibuya Station,we also analyze the key contents and similarities and differences of Shapingba station and Shibuya Station from five aspects:spatial integration,site development,streamline combing,landscape shaping and context highlighting,finally we summarize the characteristics and advantages of TOD development,we hope to provide reference for the development of urban rail transit stations in China in the future.
