乡村振兴背景下广府工业建筑遗产的更新与转型策略研究--以广州番禺紫泥堂艺术小镇为例

摘　　要：乡镇工业遗产是乡镇工业发展过程遗留下具有历史、文化、社会、建筑等价值的工业遗存。该文通过对广州番禺紫坭村紫坭糖厂的发展历程及规划实践进行梳理,从其发展中遇到的困境着手,因地制宜制定发展策略。以多维管理与双效运营、多点开发与场地活化、工业山水与记忆遗产、以及艺术赋能与文化反哺为更新策略,希望从紫坭糖厂转型为紫泥堂艺术小镇的乡镇工业遗产振兴经验为日后同类型实例乡村振兴的研究与实践提供参考及借鉴。Township industrial heritage is an industrial relic with historical,cultural,social,architectural and other values left over from the development of township industry.In this article we sort out the development history and planning practice of Zini Sugar Factory in Zini Village,Panyu,Guangzhou.Starting from the difficulties encountered in its development,we formulate development strategies according to local conditions.With multi-dimensional management and double-effect operation,multi-point development and site activation,industrial landscape and memory heritage,as well as artistic empowerment and cultural feedback as the renewal strategy,We hope the revitalization experience that transform from the Zini Sugar Factory into the township industrial remains of the Zinitang Art Town can provide reference for the research and practice of the same type of rural revitalization in the future.
