摘 要:为使试验柴油机样机适应生物柴油的燃烧特性,在四缸柴油机上进行了不同供油提前角下生物柴油经济性和排放性的对比试验研究。结果表明,当供油提前角为18°曲柄转角(crank angle,CA)BTDC(before top dead center,上止点前)时,燃油消耗率(Brake Specific Fuel Consumption,BSFC)较低;随着供油提前角的增大或减小都会使燃油经济性恶化;在小负荷下16°CA BTDC、18°CA BTDC和20°CA BTDC的CO排放量不敏感;在中高负荷下,随着供油提前角的减小,CO排放量稳步增加;随着供油提前角的增大,碳烟排放减小,NO_(x)增加,呈现权衡关系;HC排放对供油提前角的变化不敏感。结论表明,生物柴油可作为柴油机的替代燃料。In order to adapt the experimental diesel engine prototype to the combustion characteristics of biodiesel,a comparative experimental study on the fuel economy and emission of biodiesel under different fuel supply advance angles was carried out on a four cylinder diesel engine.The results show that when the advance angle of oil supply is crank angle(CA)18°BTDC(before top dead center),the brake specific fuel consumption is low.However,with the increase or decrease of fuel supply advance angle,the fuel economy will deteriorate.Under small load,the CO emissions of 16°CA BTDC,18°CA BTDC and 20°CA BTDC are insensitive;Under medium and high load,CO emission increases steadily with the decrease of fuel supply advance angle.With the increase of fuel supply advance angle,soot emission decreases and NO_(x) increases,showing a trade-off relationship.HC emission is not sensitive to the change of fuel supply advance angle.The conclusion shows that biodiesel can be used as an alternative fuel for diesel engine.
