摘　　要：清代关于常州青山庄及其主人的诗文很多,且不少出于名家之手,但本事未详。此庄为明末宰相周延儒的岳父吴襄创建,入清后,屡次易主。乾隆十一年(1746)十一月,主人张适被当局以“居乡不法”的罪名逮捕,后被处以死刑,包括此庄在内的家产被籍没。除了张家的高调和财富引人嫉恨、觊觎外,张适的亲家李卫得罪人太多,也应该是个原因。青山庄在晚清就变成了坟场和农田。There are many poems about Qingshan Garden and its owners in the Qing Dynasty,but the facts about the garden are not clear.The garden was built by Wu Xiang,Zhou Yanru’s father-in-law in the late Ming Dynasty.During the Qing Dynasty,the owners of the garden changed many times.Around the 12th year of Qianlong’s reign,Zhang Shi,who had the garden at the time,was sentenced to death by the authorities,and the garden together with all his property was confiscated.In addition to the high profile and wealth of the Zhang family that incurred jealousy and coveting,the fact that Li Wei,Zhang Shi’s relative by marriage offended too many high rank officials also contributed to the incident.During the late Qing Dynasty,the garden became a grave yard and a farming land.
