摘 要:成骨细胞是一类具有成骨潜能的细胞,在骨稳态及骨重建的维持过程中具有重要作用,其分化过程受多种因素的调控。微管(microtubules, MT)在成骨细胞增殖、分化、矿化和自噬等生理过程中均发挥着重要作用。近年来研究发现,微管调控成骨细胞功能与微管翻译后修饰及微管相关蛋白介导的微管动态重组密切相关,但其具体机制尚未完全明了。本文拟对微管调控成骨细胞功能的研究进展作一综述。Osteoblasts are a kind of cells with osteogenic potential, which play an important role in the maintenance of bone homeostasis and bone remodeling, and their differentiation process is regulated by many factors. Microtubules(MT) play an important role in the physiological processes of osteoblast proliferation, differentiation, mineralization and autophagy. In recent years, it has been found that microtubule regulation of osteoblast function is closely related to microtubule post-translational modification and microtubule dynamic recombination mediated by microtubule binding protein, but its specific mechanism is not fully understood. This paper reviews the research progress of microtubule regulating osteoblast function.
