摘 要:为了明确早期阉割对中国荷斯坦公牛育肥效果和脂肪代谢的影响,试验选择背景一致的13月龄中国荷斯坦公牛和阉牛各3头,用全价育肥混合日粮饲喂3个月,于第30,60,90天清晨饲喂前保定称重,并计算平均日增重。于屠宰前1天采集血液分离血清,测定血清胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、瘦素(LEP)和脂联素(ADP)含量。结果表明:与中国荷斯坦公牛比较,阉牛屠宰胴体重提高9.16 kg(P>0.05),平均日增重提高64.95 g(P>0.05);血清TC和TG含量均显著升高(P<0.05);血清IL-6和ADP含量极显著升高(P<0.01),hs-CRP和LEP含量升高(P>0.05),TNF-α含量降低(P>0.05)。说明早期阉割可影响中国荷斯坦公牛的脂肪代谢功能,对育肥效果无增强作用,对脂肪沉积有促进作用。In order to investigate the effects of early castration on fattening effect and fat metabolism of Chinese Holstein bulls,three 13-month-old Chinese holstein bulls and three steers with the same background were selected and fed with full fattening mixed diet for 3 months.The animals were weighed before feeding in the morning of the 30 th,60 th and 90 th days and average daily gain(ADG)was calculated.Blood was collected and serum was separated on the 1 day before slaughter.The serum obtained was used to determine the contents of cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(hS-CRP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),leptin(LEP)and adiponectin(ADP).The results showed as follows:compared with Chinese Holstein bulls,the carcass weight was 9.16 kg(P>0.05),and average daily gain was 64.95 g(P>0.05).Serum TC and TG contents were significantly increased(P<0.05);Il-6 and ADP contents were significantly increased(P<0.01);hs-CRP and LEP contents were increased(P>0.05);TNF-αcontent was decreased(P>0.05);serum LEP concentration was up-regulated(P>0.05).The results showed that early castration could affect the fat metabolism of Chinese Holstein bulls,and promote the fat deposition but did not enhance the fattening effect.
