摘 要:为了提高边鸡的生产性能,试验采用杂交方式进行品种改良,对边鸡(BB组)及边鸡杂交组合(GB组和GBB组)的生长性能、屠宰性能和常规肉品质进行测定与分析,分析其杂交改良效果。结果表明:GB组公鸡在70日龄,母鸡在90日龄达到上市体重;GBB组公鸡在90日龄,母鸡在112日龄达到上市体重;BB组公鸡在112日龄达到上市体重,母鸡在试验期内未达上市体重。GB组和GBB组公鸡和母鸡在90,112日龄时的料重比均低于BB组。GB组母鸡全净膛率显著高于GBB组和BB组,半净膛率显著高于BB组(P<0.05);GBB组母鸡屠宰率显著高于GB组和BB组,半净膛率显著高于高于BB组(P<0.05);GBB组母鸡胸肌和腿肌失水率显著低于另外两组(P<0.05)。说明杂交后鸡生长速度显著提高,料重比低,生产性能好。GB组可作为快速型肉鸡继续选育,GBB组可作为中速型优质肉鸡继续选育。In order to improve the performance of Bian chickens,the cross method was used to improve the breed.The growth performance,slaughter performance and conventional meat quality of Bian chickens(BB)and its crossbred combinations(GB and GBB)were measured and analyzed,and the crossbreeding improvement effect was analyzed.The results showed that the roosters and hens in the GB group reached their market weight at 70 days of age and 90 days of age,respectively.The roosters and hens in the GBB group reached their market weight at 90 days of age and 112 days of age,respectively.The roosters in the BB group reached their market weight at 112 days of age.The ratio of feed to gain of roosters and hens in the GB group and GBB group at 90 days of age and 112 days of age was lower than that in the BB group.The all evisceration rate of hens in the GB group was significantly higher than that in the GBB group and the BB group,and the semi-evisceration rate was significantly higher than that in the BB group(P<0.05).The slaughter rate of hens in the GBB group was significantly higher than that in the GB group and the BB group,and half-eviscerated rate of hens in GBB group was significantly higher than that in BB group(P<0.05).The water holding capacity of breast muscle and leg muscle in the GBB group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups(P<0.05).The results indicated that the growth rate of crossbred chickens was significantly increased;the ratio of feed to gain was lower,and the production performance was good.The chickens in the GB group could be selected as fast type broiler and the chickens in the GBB group could be selected as medium speed high-quality broilers.
