摘 要:为了探究补饲不同剂量枯草芽孢杆菌单剂对柴达木绒山羊血清生化指标的影响,试验将健康、体重相近的6月龄柴达木绒山羊30只随机分为对照组(基础日粮)、A组(在基础日粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌1×10^(5)cfu/g)、B组(在基础日粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌5×10^(5)cfu/g),每组10个重复,每个重复1只,连续补饲30 d后空腹颈静脉采集血液分离血清,采用ELISA法检测血清生化指标。结果表明:B组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于A组和对照组(P<0.05),但A组与对照组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);B组过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著低于A组和对照组(P<0.05),A组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);各组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性变化趋势恰好与CAT活性相反;A组、B组乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);各组丙二醛(MDA)含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。B组天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性显著高于对照组和A组(P<0.05),但A组和对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);A组和B组丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05),A组和B组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);A组和B组中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05);B组中白蛋白(ALB)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、雌二醇(E2)、生长激素(GH)含量显著高于A组和对照组(P<0.05),但A组和对照组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);A组、B组胰岛素(INS)、尿素(Urea)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。B组球蛋白B(GLB)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、IgM含量显著高于A组和对照组(P<0.05);A组、B组的IgA含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);B组白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、IL-4含量显著高于A组和对照组(P<0.05),但对照组和A组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);B组IL-2含量显著高于A组和对照组(P<0.05);A组IL-6含量显著高于B组和对照组(P<0.05),但B组和对照组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);A组总蛋白(TP)含量显著高于B组和对照组(P<0.05),B组TP含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。说明饲喂枯草芽孢杆菌对柴�In order to explore the effect of the supplementation of different doses of Bacillus subtilis single prescription on serum biochemical indexes of Qaidam Cashmere goats,30 healthy 6-month-old Qaidam Cashmere goats with similar body weight were selected in this experiment,which were randomly divided into control group(basal diet),group A(basal diet supplemented with Bacillus subtilis 1×10^(5) cfu/g)and group B(basal diet supplemented with Bacillus subtilis 5×10^(5) cfu/g);10 repetitions per set,1 individual per repetition.After 30 days of continuous supplementation,blood was collected from the fasting jugular vein to separate serum,and ELISA was used to detect serum biochemical indexes.The results showed that the superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity of group B was significantly higher than that of group A and control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group A and control group(P>0.05).The catalase(CAT)level in group B was significantly lower than that in group A and control groups(P<0.05),and CAT level in group A was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The levels of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in each group were exactly the opposite of CAT levels.The lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)levels in groups A and B were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between groups A and B(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the malondialdehyde(MDA)levels among groups(P>0.05).The level of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in group B was significantly higher than those in the control group and group A(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group A and control group(P>0.05).The alanine aminotransferase(ALT)level in group B and group A were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between group A and control group(P>0.05).The levels of alkaline phosphatase(ALP)in groups A and B were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),but there was no signific
