摘　　要：脂肪因子对冠心病严重程度的判断、预后评估起着重要作用。近年来,一系列研究进一步证明了脂肪因子与冠心病的相关性,脂肪因子有被纳入冠心病患者风险分层及指导制定临床诊疗策略的作用,并有可能成为冠心病的潜在治疗靶点。本文主要对脂肪因子在冠心病临床诊疗中的作用进行总结。Adipokines play an important role in judging the severity and prognosis of coronary heart disease.In recent years,a series of studies have further proved the correlation between adipokines and coronary heart disease.Adipokines can be included in the risk stratification of patients with coronary heart disease and guide the formulation of clinical diagnosis and treatment strategies,and may become a potential therapeutic target of coronary heart disease.This paper mainly summarizes the role of adipokines in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease.
