“至骨 ”针法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的思路探讨

摘　　要：“至骨”针法是一种在传统针灸理论基础上创新的,以刺激骨膜及其附着组织为特色的,对第三腰椎横突综合征有显著疗效的针法。本文通过介绍“至骨”针法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的诊断和经筋辩证方法、远近搭配选穴思路和具体操作特色,以期为临床工作者提供新的诊疗思路。"toching-bone"acupuncture is a new type of acupuncture with the characteristics of"stimulating periosteum",which has a significant effect on the third lumbar transverse process syndrome.This paper introduces the methods of distinguishing disease types,the idea of selecting acupoints and operation characteristics of"toching-bone"acupuncture in the treatment of the third lum‐bar transverse process syndrome,in order to provide new diagnosis and treatment ideas for the majority of clinical workers.
