城建档案系统国产化发展适配思路探索

摘　　要：档案安全是档案工作的底线和生命线。目前,信息安全形势日益严峻,国内各类信息系统的构建对国外系统产生依赖。城建档案作为城市发展过程中不断积累形成的真实历史记录,其承载资料的信息系统须具备安全性和稳定性,因此,城建档案信息系统自主可控特性的发展已成为迫切需求。随着国产化服务器及配套软件的发展,城建档案信息管理系统的全国产化搭建具备一定可行性。本文基于河南省某地级市设计开发的城建档案系统,对基础硬件环境及基础软件环境进行国产化探索,为后续的城建档案系统国产化实践提供参考。Archives security is the bottom line as well as the lifeline of archives work. At present, the situation of information security is becoming more and more severe, because the construction of various domestic information systems is mainly dependent on foreign systems. Urban construction archives are the actual historical records accumulated and formed in the process of urban development, which requires the information system carrying the data should shoulder safty and stability. Therefore, the development of autonomous and controllable features of urban construction archives information system have become a pressing need. With the development of localized servers and supporting software, it has certain feasibility to build a nationalized urban construction archives information management system. Based on the urban construction archives system designed and developed by a city in Henan Province, this paper explores the localization of the basic hardware environment and basic software environment, which could provide reference for the subsequent localization practice of the urban construction archives system.
