摘  要:中低压配电网发生单相接地故障时,可以在短时间内带故障运行,但系统长时间带故障运行时,可能会引发线路故障并对其他设备有巨大隐患,甚至会导致瞬时性故障发展成永久性故障,危及电力系统的安全运行和电能的质量.因此,电力系统的故障选线尤为重要,提出了一种基于Kendall相关系数与CEEMD分解零序电流相位法的故障选线方法.首先通过分析线路之间的零序电流与零序电压,利用相位判据判断出母线故障或线路故障,若判断故障为线路故障,再利用Kendall相关系数判据初步确定出故障的线路,最后根据CEEMD分解零序电流得到的内涵模态分量来确定出具体发生故障的线路.经PSCAD/EMTDC仿真验证该方法原理清晰,选线逻辑简单可靠且不受故障距离和过渡电阻的影响.When a single-phase grounding fault occurs in the power system, it can operate with a fault in a short period of time, but when the system operates with a fault for a long time, it may cause line faults and huge hidden dangers to other equipment, and even cause transient faults to develop into permanent faults and thusEndangering the safe operation of the power system and the quality of power. Therefore, the fault line selection of the power system is particularly important. In light of this, a fault line selection method based on the Kendall correlation coefficient and the CMMED decomposition zero sequence current phase method is proposed. First, the zero sequence current and the zero sequence voltage between the lines are analyzed. The zero sequence current phase criterion is used to judge the busbar fault or the line fault. If the fault is judged to be a line fault, then the Kendall correlation coefficient criterion is used to preliminarily determine the faulty line, and finally the connotative modal component obtained from the CEEMD decomposition of the zero sequence current is used to determine The specific faulty line. The EMTDC/PSCAD simulation verifies that the principle of the method is clear, the line selection logic is simple and reliable, and is not affected by the fault distance and transition resistance, and has good accuracy and reliability.
