摘  要:为认识土壤环境下人工纳米TiO_(2)颗粒的环境行为及其对作物的毒性,在土壤中添加人工纳米TiO_(2)颗粒,并进行土培玉米种植实验.结果显示:随着土壤中TiO_(2)浓度升高,玉米幼苗根部鲜重先升高后降低,而叶片鲜重则持续升高.根长、根表面积、根体积和根尖数等根系形态参数先升高后降低.对照组玉米幼苗POD酶活性先升高后降低,叶片POD酶活性达到最高,浓度组中根部和叶片的POD酶均显著降低,说明TiO_(2)浓度对有影响.低浓度人工纳米TiO_(2)颗粒对玉米的生长具有一定的促进作用.In order to understand the environmental behavior of artificial nano TiO2 particles and their toxicity to crops in soil environment,artificial nano TiO2 particles were added to soil and corn cultivation experiment was carried out.The results showed that with the increase of TiO2 concentration in soil,the fresh weight of maize seedling root first increased and then decreased,while the fresh weight of maize seedling leaf continued to increase.Root morphological parameters such as root length,root surface area,root volume and root tip number increased first and then decreased.In the control group,the POD enzyme activity of maize seedlings first increased and then decreased,and the POD enzyme activity of leaves reached the highest.In the concentration group,the POD enzyme activity of roots and leaves was significantly decreased,indicating that TiO2 concentration had an effect on the growth of maize seedlings.Low concentration of artificial nano TiO2 particles can promote the growth of maize.
