摘  要:针对智能通风控制系统所需信息量大、控制对象多的问题.从粮食内部的温度采集,到仓内外环境的温湿度采集,全部采用LoRa无线传输,然后对上下通风口及通风风机实现智能化控制,根据采集信息量大小及定义的阈值,可以自动地打开或关闭通风风口及风机,并把采集到信息通过无线传输系统上传至后台中心,后台中心也可以进行远程控制通风的启动与关停.通过实验验证了该方案的可行性,实验结果表明,数据采集精度高,通风控制系统可靠,具有较好的推广应用前景.With the progress and development of science and technology,the intelligent degree of grain storage is higher and higher.Aiming at the problems of large amount of information and many control objects required by intelligent ventilation control system.From the temperature collection inside the grain to the temperature and humidity collection of the environment inside and outside the warehouse,LoRa wireless transmission is adopted,and then the upper and lower vents and ventilation fans are intelligently controlled.According to the size of the collected information and the defined threshold,the ventilation vents and fans can be automatically opened or closed,and the collected information can be uploaded to the background center through the wireless transmission system and the backstage center can also start and shut down the ventilation remotely.The experimental results show that the data acquisition accuracy is high,the ventilation control system is reliable,and has a good prospect of popularization and application.
