摘　　要：结合定质交换思想提出基于SCD文件的网络信息路径自动规划技术,实现继电保护设备接入交换机免配置“即插即用”,并通过继电保护信息流业务类型识别,实现各业务信息流虚回路专线传输.搭建RTDS系统,进行了可行性和有效性仿真验证.The current general switching technology is complex and error-prone in the application process of smart substation,and it can not meet the different requirements of information flow,which impacts the real-time and reliability of relay protection information flow.In this paper,based on the idea of Custom Switching,an Automatic Route Planning for Relay Protection Network based on SCD file is proposed,which enables relay protection devices to access switches without configuring“Plug and Play”.By identifying the service type of relay protection information flow,the virtual circuit dedicated line transmission of each service information flow is realized.Finally,the RTDS system is built,and the feasibility and validity are verified by simulation.
