高校图书馆文献编目工作的实践与认识

摘　　要：针对目前高校图书馆文献编目工作中出现诸如编目管理制度不完善、编目工作机制不健全、著录标准不规范不统一、编目人员业务素质参差不齐等问题开展了实践与探索,从中获得的理性认识以及提供的合理化建议对编目工作的创新优化和提升图书馆服务质量等方面具有可复制的推广价值.Combined with the actual work,this paper has carried out practice and exploration in view of the problems in the current document cataloging work of university library,such as imperfect cataloging management system,imperfect cataloging working mechanism non-standard and non-uniform cataloging standards,uneven professional quality of cataloging personnel.The rational understanding obtained and the reasonable suggestions from practice and exploration have reproducible promotion value for the innovation and optimization of cataloging work and the improvement of library service quality.
