摘　　要：介绍张正教授运用贺氏针灸三通法治疗过敏性鼻炎经验。张正教授认为脏腑亏虚、伏邪内著为本病发病的病理基础,脏腑虚弱、经络气机失和是本病的主要病机,主张以“通、补”为法,治以贺氏针灸三通法为主,临证中“微通法”“温通法”“强通法”三法灵活联合运用,取穴少而精,局部与整体兼顾,临床效果显著。This article introduces Professor ZHANG Zheng’s experience in treating allergic rhinitis(AR)using HE’s Santong therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion(three ways to remove obstruction).Professor ZHANG believes that the pathological basis of the disease is the deficiency of zangfu organs and the internal accumulation of hidden pathogen,and that the weakness of the zangfu organs and the disharmony of qi movement of the meridians and viscera are the main pathogenesis of the disease.Professor ZHANG advocates the therapy of“dredging and tonifying”,and the treatment should be based on HE’s Santong therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion.In clinical,the three therapies of“micro dredging”“warm”and“strong dredging”are flexibly combined to use,with selecting fewer but more precise acupoints and taking into account both the local and the overall situation,which would achieve a significant clinical efficacy.
