摘　　要：【目的】系统评价中药周期疗法治疗乳腺增生症的疗效。【方法】采用计算机检索方式检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方医药期刊全文数据库(Wanfang Data)、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library等数据库中有关中药周期疗法对比中药单方治疗乳腺增生症的临床随机对照试验,依据Cochrane Handbook推荐的随机对照试验“偏倚风险评估”工具对纳入文献进行质量评价,运用RevMan 5.4.1对符合纳入标准的研究进行Meta分析。【结果】最终纳入15项研究、1654例患者。Meta分析结果显示,中药周期疗法治疗乳腺增生症的总有效率[OR=4.42,95%CI(3.07,6.36),P<0.00001]明显优于中药单方,且能有效减轻患者的乳房疼痛[SMD=0.49,95%CI(0.26,0.71),P<0.0001]及缩小乳房肿块体积[SMD=0.69,95%CI(0.38,1.00),P<0.0001]。【结论】中药周期疗法治疗乳腺增生症有效且安全,具有较好的优势及潜力。但由于纳入的临床研究及病例数量有限,且存在实施偏倚和发表偏倚,结论仍需更多大样本高质量的临床研究进一步验证。Objective To systematically evaluate the therapeutic effects of Chinese medicine periodic therapy for hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods The randomized controlled trials of Chinese medicine periodic therapy versus single Chinese medicine prescription for the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands were retrieved from the databases of CNKI,VIP,CBM,Wanfang Data,PubMed,Web of science,Embase and the Cochrane Library.Tools for analysis of bias recommended by Cochrane Reviewer’s Handbook were used for the evaluation of the quality of the included studies,and RevMan 5.4.1 was adopted to perform meta-analysis of the included studies.Results A total of 15 studies were eventually included,involving 1654 patients.The results of metaanalysis showed that the overall effective rate of Chinese medicine periodic therapy for hyperplasia of mammary glands was significantly superior to that of the single Chinese medicine prescription[OR=4.42,95%CI(3.07,6.36),P<0.00001],and the periodic therapy was effective on relieving the breast pain[SMD=0.49,95%CI(0.26,0.71),P<0.0001]and on reducing the breast lump volume[SMD=0.69,95%CI(0.38,1.00),P<0.0001].Conclusion Chinese medicine periodic therapy has great advantages and potentials in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.However,due to the limited number of included clinical studies and cases,as well as implementation bias and publication bias,the conclusion still needs to be verified by more large and highquality clinical studies.
