摘　　要：为了解决单贾卡织物颜色单一和双层双贾卡织物无间隔层的问题,介绍带压纱板双贾卡经编机的梳栉组件和复合针组件、双贾卡安装方法;分析带压纱板双贾卡经编机的工作原理及优势。指出:带压纱板双贾卡经编机结构紧凑、操作简单,编织速度快,生产效率高,稳定性好;该机加装的压纱板装置和第2把贾卡,与衬纬花梳梳栉配合编织,可编织纱线原料的使用范围扩大、可织造织物范围广,织物花纹组织多、层次丰富、立体感强,可形成绣纹风格。In order to solve the problems of single color of single jacquard fabric and no spacer layer of double jacquard fabric,the installation method of guide bar assembly,compound needle assembly and double jacquard of double jacquard warp knitting machine with fall plate is intro duced.The working principle and advantages of the double jacquard warp knitting machine with fall plate are analyzed.It is pointed out that the double jacquard warp knitting machine with fall plate has the advantages of compact structure,simple operation,fast knitting speed,high production efficiency and good stability.The machine is equipped with the fall plate device and the second jacquard,which is compatible with the weft patterm guide bar.It can expand the use range of knitting yarn raw materials,and can be woven fabrics in a wide range.The fabric has many patterns,rich layers and strong three-dimensional sense,and can form the style of embroidery pattern.
