摘  要:为了满足主机批量生产需求,提高JWF1579型棉纺环锭细纱机中墙板加工效率和质量,分析中墙板龙筋托座侧面孔的结构特点及加工要求,从加工设备、零件结构及刀具等方面对新型中墙板加工工艺进行改进。指出:用∅10.2/∅15H10专用一体刀具替换中墙板侧面孔专机的∅10.2 mm钻头,解决工位不足、实现用现有专机一道工序完成中墙板龙筋托座和集落托座上所有孔的加工;单件节约工序时间约28 min;采用复合工步,实现多刀单件加工,提高了加工效率;单件加工费用节约73.33元;M12/∅15H10沉头销螺孔一次加工成型,二者同轴度提高、加工质量提升;使用液压夹紧装置,减少变形,保证了零件的一致性。In order to meet the mass production requirements of the main machine and improve the processing efficiency and quality of the JWF1579 middle wallboard for cotton ring spinning frame,the structural characteristics and processing requirements of the side hole of spindle rail bracket of the middle wallboard are analyzed,and the processing technology of the new middle wallboard is improved from the aspects of processing equipment,parts structure and cutter.It is pointed out that the∅10.2 mm coring bit of the middle wallboard side face is replaced by∅10.2/∅15H10 special integrated cutter,so as to solve the shortage of working position and realize the processing of all holes of spindle rail bracket and collective doffing bracket on middle wallboard with the existing special machine in one process.The process time is saved by 28 min.The complex engineering step is used to realize multi-cutter piece processing and improve the processing efficiency.The cost of single piece processing is saved by 73.33 yuan.M12/∅15H10 countersunk pin screw hole is processed at one time,the coaxiality of the two is improved,and the machining quality is improved.The hydraulic clamping device is used to reduce deformation and ensure the consistency of the parts.
