腕踝针联合中药热奄包对妇科腹腔镜术后非切口疼痛和舒适度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨腕踝针联合中药热奄包对妇科腹腔镜术后非切口疼痛和舒适度的影响。方法:选取2021年3月1日至2022年3月31日广东省中西医结合医院妇科住院部收治的腹腔镜手术患者60例,按照时间先后分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例,对照组予妇科腹腔镜术后常规护理,治疗组在对照组基础上予腕踝针联合中药热奄包早期干预治疗,比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果:术后24h、术后48h治疗组的非切口疼痛评分、非切口疼痛持续时间低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者术后舒适度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腕踝针联合中药热奄包能够有效减轻患者的非切口性疼痛,促进患者恢复速度,减少术后并发症的发生率,改善病人的舒适度,是一种有实用价值的手术方法。Objective:To investigate the effect of wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot election bag on non-incision pain and comfort after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods:Selection on March 1,2021 to March 31,2022,Guangdong province,combine traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital in-patient department of department of gynaecology treated 60 patients with laparoscopic surgery,according to the time has been divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group,control group in the gynecologic laparoscopic surgery routine nursing care,the treatment group on the basis of the control to the wrist ankle joint needle medicine hot I package early intervention treatment,The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The non-incision pain score and duration of non-incision pain in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group at 24h and 48h after surgery(P<0.05).The postoperative comfort of patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal hot election bag can effectively relieve the non-incisional pain of patients,promote the recovery speed of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the comfort of patients,is a practical surgical method.
