深度水解蛋白奶粉在新生儿呕吐中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨深度水解蛋白奶粉在新生儿呕吐中的应用。方法:选取2019年10月至2021年10月在我院就诊的呕吐患儿120例为研究对象,按照随机分组法分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组按照12mL·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)的量人工喂养普通奶粉,观察组按相同的量人工喂养深度水解蛋白奶粉。观察两组患者的临床总有效率、卡厄普(Kaup)指数、患儿呕吐停止时间和腹胀缓解时间、血红蛋白和前白蛋白水平。结果:观察组患儿治疗的总有效率高于对照组患儿治疗的总有效率(x 2=6.000,P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的Kaup指数无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后Kaup指数高于治疗前,且治疗后观察组Kaup指数高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿呕吐停止时间腹胀缓解时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者血红蛋白和前白蛋白含量无明显变化,治疗后血红蛋白和白蛋白含量均升高,且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:深度水解蛋白奶粉更优质于普通奶粉,能更好地降低患儿呕吐率,增加治疗有效率,加快患儿恢复健康。Objective:To investigate the application of deep hydrolyzed protein milk powder in neonatal vomiting.Methods:120 cases of vomiting children hospitalized in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as research objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each group.The control group was artificially fed with ordinary milk powder at the amount of 12mL kg^(-1)·d^(-1),while the observation group was artificially fed with deeply hydrolyzed protein milk powder at the same amount.The total clinical effective rate,Kaup index,vomiting stopping time,abdominal distension relieving time,hemoglobin and prealbumin levels of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(x 2=6.000,P<0.05).After treatment,the Kaup index was higher than that before treatment,and the Kaup index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The remission time of abdominal distension in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hemoglobin and prealbumin between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,hemoglobin and albumin increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Deep hydrolyzed protein milk powder is better than ordinary milk powder,which can better reduce the vomiting rate of children,increase the effective rate of treatment,and accelerate the recovery of children.
