摘　　要：丹药作为中药的四大剂型之一,在中医外科上中疗效确切,具有极大潜力,然而其原料配比混乱、炼制用具落后、强烈的腐蚀性及涌现出的小副作用的可替代药物等限制了其广泛应用,且近年丹剂缺少发展,已陷入危机,需对其配料、炼制用具、炼制工艺标准等进行革新。本文对丹剂现状、笔者认为可创新之处、质量标准、可选择的替代品进行论述,期待丹剂重新繁荣,在外科治疗中发挥更大作用。As one of the four major dosage forms of traditional Chinese medicine, Dan medicine has a precise efficacy in the surgical field of traditional Chinese medicine and has great potential, but its raw material ratio is chaotic, the refining tools are backward, the strong corrosiveness and the emergence of small side effects of alternative drugs have limited its wide application, and in recent years, Dan medicine lacks development, has fallen into a crisis, and urgently needs to innovate its ingredients, refining utensils, refining process standards, etc. This article discusses the current situation of Dan medicine, the places that the author believes can be innovated, quality standards, and alternative alternatives, and looks forward to the revival of Dan medicine and its greater role in surgical treatment.
