复杂性肾结石患者多通道经皮肾镜与单通道经皮肾镜联合输尿管软镜治疗的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探究采用多通道经皮肾镜与单通道经皮肾镜联合输尿管软镜的方法治疗复杂性肾结石患者的临床效果。方法:本次研究的样本对象来自2019年3月至2021年3月期间在我院进行住院治疗的86例复杂性肾结石患者,按照治疗方法将所有患者随机划分成多通道组和单通道组,每组各43例,比较两组患者的住院观察时间、平均手术时间、平均术中出血量及术后不良反应发生率。结果:多通道组患者的住院观察时间、平均手术时间、平均术中出血量及术后不良反应发生率均低于单通道组患者,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:采用多通道经皮肾镜联合输尿管软镜的方法治疗复杂性肾结石患者的临床效果较为理想,推荐在临床工作中广泛应用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of multimodal percutaneous nephroscopy combined with flexible ureteroscopy in treating patients with complicated kidney stones.Methods:The sample object of this study came from our hospitalization from March 2019 to March 2021,and all patients were randomly divided into multi-channel group and single-channel group in each group,comparing the two groups of hospitalization observation time,average operation time,average intraoperative bleeding and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions.Results:The hospital observation time,mean operation time,mean intraoperative bleeding amount and postoperative incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those in the multichannel group,and the difference was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The clinical effect of treating patients with complicated kidney stones is relatively ideal,and it is recommended to be widely used in clinical work.
