摘  要:文章基于有限元模拟技术及响应面方法,优化了TC21钛合金单道次等通道挤压过程的工艺参数设计。文章先考察了挤压温度、挤压速度、摩擦系数及模具预热温度四个因素对挤压成形过程的影响,并基于单因素分析的结果,采用Design-Expert软件设计了四因素三水平的Box-Behnken试验,以单道次TC21合金挤压后的最大等效应变为响应值,优化了合金挤压工艺参数设置条件。根据此工艺参数进行加工,优化模型与实际拟合良好,可用于指导后续的加工生产。In this paper, the process parameters of TC21 titanium alloy extrusion process are optimized based on finite element simulation technology and response surface method. The influences of extrusion temperature, extrusion speed, friction coefficient and mould preheating temperature on the extrusion forming process are investigated, and based on the results of single-factor analysis, box-Behnken tests with four factors and three levels are designed by using design-Expert software. The maximum equal effect of single pass TC21 alloy after extrusion is changed into the response value. The parameters setting conditions of alloy extrusion process are optimized. According to the process parameters, the optimized model fits well with the practice, and can be used to guide the subsequent processing production.
